Advertising at discover-epirus.gr is a fast, efficient and convenient way to buy, sell or rent goods and services, advertise and find jobs also to meet people over the Internet. Classified ads is always a service based on TRUST and this document helps to promote trust and understanding among Users.

This service has been planned and designed for easy access but it also has risks and limitations that you must be aware of, before using it.

Valid rules which are mentioned, indicatively but not limmited, are the following:

discover-epirus.gr makes no warranty that this service will meet the Users requirements, that will be offered without interruption, timely, secure and error-free.

discover-epirus.gr hear no responsibility whatsoever, either for the content of the Ads presented in this Website, or for any direct or indirect consequences attributed or derived from untrue information they might contain.

discover-epirus.gr does not function as intermediate in any sense and has no participation at all, in any possible deals or transactions held among its Users. In cases of dispute between participants, discover-epirus.gr is under no obligation to become involved.

discover-epirus.gr receives the submitted Ads (text, image and/or sound files) and presents them in the Internet for a period of time. Thus, on top of every Ad text, the sentence: "The following advert has been submitted, ..." is implied. The User who drafts information from the directory and only himself, is responsible to examine and verify, whether or not the content of an Ad corresponds to reality.

discover-epirus.gr can not and does not want to contol the behaviour of its Users. Several times it can not verify, whether the personal details of those who submit classifieds are real or not. It has no idea whether or not the participants will complete or fullfil the deal or transaction they describe or promise in their advert.

This site may be used only for lawfull purposes. Storage of material in violation of any applicable Hellenic, European Union or international law is prohibited. discover-epirus.gr hold the right to eliminate Adverts (text, images and/or sound files) which, in its deliberate oppinion: a) are offensive or fictitious, b) hurt severely the public sense of usance or, are imoral and obscene. c) Their content is obiously misleading. d) They could be considered by reasonable logic as containing derogatory epithets, racial, ethnic, religious or hate slogans and slurs. e) Photos showing hard pornos, solo genitals or unnatural relations, are not acceptable and are rejected without any further notice.

In classifieds of the category "Personals", only the email of the person who has sumbited them is visible (the email must not be a telephone number). No other personal details may be visible as name, phone number, second email and URL. Also part of the face of the photos is hidden.

Trying to keep the number of aborted classifieds to a minimum, discover-epirus.gr may proceed in removal (deletion) of parts of text from an advert as well as to edit photos files. If the User who has submitted such an Ad, disagrees with the modification, then he/she may ask for the deletion of the specific classified.

In case of any complain received for a specific classified, even by a third person, then it is deleted immediately. discover-epirus.gr reserves all legal rights against persons who might use the directory maliciously.

Dublicate advert submission is not acceptable, either in the same or in multiple categories. As duplicate ads are considered those containing more than 60% of the same characters.

Ads that do not contain at least one of the following: i) a valid telephone number, ii) an email address, iii) a website (URL) address, are deleted and do not become visible at all.

Before proceeding with any submission, it is assumed that you have read the above terms and that you accept them unconditionally. You aggree to use and participate to this service at your own sole risk and "as is provided and when is available". Also that you are authorizing "discover-epirus.gr" to modify the category or the geographical attribute of your advert, should it decide that another suits better to its content. Mean time until an Ad has been processed about 24 hours (but always less than 48 hours). After that, a confirmation email message is being sent to the User with the Ad-ID and Ad-password. If the ad is not accepted, no confirmation email is sent.

The protection and maintenance of the above rules is left to the observance of the Users.
